At Saga Bands, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new band isn't the perfect fit for your style, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective films remain intact to qualify for a full refund.
Attach the Label
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
